Free State court news:

Bloemfontein: The #BopheloHouse94 are set to return to court for their appeal at the Bloemfontein High Court. All of the 94 will be back in the court to hear the appeal. 09h30.

KwaZulu-Natal court news:

Ramsgate: (August 8 – 19) (Circuit High Court) – Three people, traditional healer Sihle Mchunu, his alleged accomplice Thandowakhe Duma, and security guard Mveleso Eric Nqinare are to stand trial for beheading Nawaaz Khan, an intellectually impaired cricketer, a woman Albertina Gambushe, and attempting to behead another man in October 2015. They will appear at the Circuit High Court.

Western Cape court news:

Cape Town: The Western Cape High Court is expected to sentence Eugene Plaatjies for murdering his three-month-old daughter.

Mossel Bay: A 38-year-old female former bookkeeper at an old age home in Mossel Bay who was arrested by the Hawks for theft and fraud amounting to just under a million rand is expected in to appear at the Mossel Bay Regional Court on charges of theft and fraud.
