Protection services were on Monday 21 May 2018, on a stand by basis with tension of violence that could break out again in areas such as Vrygrond and Parkwood.
Access to the M5 was blocked by traffic authorities to prevent violence from overflowing to the highways.
Tires were burned in Vrygrond and certain roads in the area were cordoned off.
