He was refering to the video of Pistorius at the shooting range broadcast by Sky News, where the murder accused fires at a watermelon with a handgun.
After the footage — in which Pistorius refers to a gun as “a zombie stopper” — was allowed to be screened in the High Court, Nel said Pistorius compared the watermelon to brains. “You said, ‘It’s softer than brains,’” he said.
“I was referring to a zombie,” Pistorius answered.
