Yvette, the ex-wife of Transnet’s former lawyer Kenneth Diedericks, compiled 17-page affidavit about the nest of corruption in Transnet.
Included therein are luxury holidays in New York, Dubai, France and more paid out refunds received by her ex from providers and lawyers.
Kenneth resigned in 2015 after emails from her became known to Transnet’s bosses.
She attached a 157-page document of receipts, e-mails and bank statements to substantiate her allegations.
Kenneth is currently a private lawyer according to his site.
