The consumer-Goods Risk Initiative CGRI indicates that general dealers and jewellers in South Africa have lost about R38,713,795’s worth of merchandise in armed robberies – an 88 percent increase from last year’s R20,545,924. The armed robberies increased by 60 percent since the previous year. Meanwhile there’s a charge of terrorism being lodged against the top SAPS-structures due to the total lack of reaction at the Bloemhof police station to lodge terror charges under Act No 33 of 2004 – the SAPS refused to accept a charge of terrorism which local resident Mr Leon Beukes tried to lodge there…
