Johannesburg – A 16-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly raping a 3-year-old girl at the Jabulani hostel in Soweto, Gauteng police said on Wednesday. The girl was playing with other children when the youth allegedly took her to the toilet and raped her on Tuesday night, said Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela.
