Taxpayers to foot the bill for corrupt president’s legal costs

The ANC head of state Cyril Ramaphosa has answered questions that the presidency will continue to pay Zuma’s legal costs unless a court order sets aside the agreement in 2006.

This means that taxpayers in the country will pay R15 million for a corrupt president’s legal costs.

Two of the opposition parties in parliament are threatening to take the matter to court, which obviously will increase the taxpayers bill if the state is to opposes it, which is likely to happen.
