South African racing driver Gugu Zulu has died while trying to scale Mount Kilimanjaro, the Nelson Mandela Foundation said on Monday.
“Yes, it is true,” the foundation’s spokesman Neeran Naidoo said.
Zulu and his wife were part of the Trek4Mandela expedition.
