The suspended chief financial officer of Eskom, Anoj Singh, was sent away by the parliamentary portfolio committee as he could not provide his documentation in time.
Singh was told a month ago to testify in the investigation of Eskom and to provide specific documentation in advance.
However, he delivered a 400-page document on Monday night at 23:00. As a consequence, the committee did not have time to review the report.
It is considered a delay tactic by Singh and is accused of disrespecting parliament.
