Shortly after the appointment of the new chief executive officer of SASSA, Pearl Bhengu, it appears that Bhengu has a registered business where she and Skhumbuzo Mazibuko are the directors.
Mazibuko is the 21-year-old daughter of Bathabile Dlamini, the Minister of Social Development who is currently in charge of the mess of the grant allocations and disbursements.
