The SA Reserve Bank legal team stated in a submission that the action of the Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, was “ineffective” against the courts and the law.
The PP is also charged with abusing its powers.
The Reserve Bank wants the PP to be held personally financially accountable for this behavior.
