The SABC has discontinued the breakfast program The New Age Morning Live (TNA).
The Guptas media company benefited greatly from the program. Under the leadership of Hlaudi Motsoeneng, political views on matters of the day increased to almost 45 interviews a year, and cost the broadcaster more than R20 million, for which the broadcaster did not receive a cent.
Eskom paid R1,2 million per program, and all the money went to the Gupta controlled media company.
