It appears that the new president of the country is struggling to make decisions.

Cyril Ramaphosa has just asked seven organisations to help him identify a suitable candidate for the position of National Director of Prosecution.

These include the Black Attorneys Association, the SA Human Rights Commission, Advocates for Transformation, the National Association of Democratic Attorneys and the Auditor General.

Jeff Radebe (photo) will assist the committee.

With these advisors as counselors, the candidate’s stature must be closely monitored, says legal experts.
