Cyril Ramaphosa described state owned entities as “sewers of corruption” but they are working hard to restore it.
He said there was rotting and that there was a mess and a deep corruption in the state controlled entities. And apparently he will appoint skilled people to reverse the process and he is going to replace the lazy hands with working hands.
However, he did not report whether he would appoint competent whites who would do the job, because if he does not, there is little hope that his efforts would succeed.
