Nike has temporarily closed all of their South African stores after an employee’s husband put a so called racist statement on a video.
Nike’s statement is that they stand for “diversity, inclusiveness and respect”.
Observers are surprised that business become hit when an employee’s husband makes certain statements. The question is also asked whether they will also close their stores when blacks say they are going to kill white people?
Many people have already indicated that they can get on without the Nike’s products as Asics or Adidas is still on the market.
