The action group UniteBehind has brought an application in the Western Cape High Court against Transport Minister Joseph Maswanganyi and Prasa.
The group asks the court for an urgent order against a decision by the Prasa Board to suspend Prasa’s legal panel and legal services through Prasa’s Provisional Management.
The group also requests that the appointment of Prasa’s acting board by Maswanganyi be declared invalid. The actions of the board are seen as efforts to continue to steal assets from Prasa.
