Poor treatment in state and provincial hospitals, FF Plus launches campaign

The FF Plus has launched a campaign against the poor treatment of patients in state and provincial hospitals.

On 7 July this year, the party also requested the Human Rights Commission (HRC) in writing to thoroughly investigative the matter after the chaos in which these institutions apparently find themselves frequently made the headlines over the past year.

Since the FF Plus launched its campaign, which was only shared on social media platforms, on 14 July 2022, the party has been inundated with complaints from across the country.

No less than ten complaints were received about a single hospital in the Eastern Cape, namely the Uitenhage Hospital. But complaints are flooding in from all nine provinces.

The FF Plus will hand all these complaints over to the HRC once they have been processed and transcribed.

The time has come to take action against the government, and the malpractice occurring in South African state and provincial hospitals. The public has had enough of the poor way patients are treated.

The FF Plus is encouraging all South Africans to share their experiences in these institutions (anonymously, if preferred) in a voice note and send it to 060 556 4347.

Fight against poor healthcare with the FF Plus.

Now is the time to stand up and take action.
