The speaker of parliament announced that a consultancy firm was appointed to investigate the moving of the parliament from Cape Town to Pretoria.
The firm, Pamoja (Pty) Ltd, has been appointed to complete the investigation for the next six months for submission.
Pamoja is a consulting firm with offices and Johannesburg and Nairobi.
