Another report on state capture has come into the light, and this time it is from the civil organization Outa.

Outa handed a complete dossier on their investigation into state capture to the Speaker of Parliament.

The main complaints in Outa’s report are that Jacob Zuma was influenced on the appointment of cabinet ministers. That he has appointed poorly qualified and unauthorized individuals in decision-making positions. That he allowed corrupt individuals to benefit from government coffers and did not act against them. That he has mismanaged his cabinet to such an extent that it had a detrimental effect on the country and the economy. That he for some reason misled the parliament and the nation. That he abused his position to enrich himself, his relatives, his friends and his accomplices.

The chairman of Outa, Wayne Duvenhage, reported that they handed the document to parliament so that parliamentarians could decide how to vote in the upcoming no-confidence debate.
