The civil rights organization against abuse of tax money, OUTA, has laid charges of treason, exploitation, corruption, fraud, and theft against the Minister of Mineral Resources, Mosebenzi Zwane.

OUTA issued a 51-page statement, and the complaints were filed at the Randburg police station.

The complaints stem from Zwane’s alleged role where he helped the Gupta Brothers to acquire the Optimum Mine and the alleged theft of money at the Vreda Milk Farm to fund the Gupta family’s wedding.
