The ANC website www.anc.org.za has not been online since September, as the website providers and developers have claimed R32.5 million for unpaid bills for the development and maintenance of the website.
Unwembi Communications has now taken the ANC court to recover the debt.
Questions arose about the ANC who is regularly in the news about members involved in court cases and also found guilty while they are key people in the government of the country.
The apparent default for services rendered by the ANC as a political party is widely described as a reflection of what the ANC does as rulers.
