Hazyview – A Toyota Yaris was highjacked in Hazyview by an off-duty policeman and the victim, a woman was taken with. She had to spent the entire night with the hijackers, who withdrew money from her account at several ATM’s.
The vehicle was spotted and 4 suspects, two men and two woman were arrested.
A Z88 9mm police service pistol was recovered and identified as the gun used to commit the hijacking.
The suspects will be detained at Kabokweni Police Station near White River in Mpumalanga.
