The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) seems to be losing their fight against the Guptas. Sources within the Specialized Commercial Crime Unit acknowledge that they have no hold on the Guptas and Zuma jnr.
The NPA lost their first round when their seizure order against the Vrede milk project was set aside by the court.
Meanwhile, the NPA has announced that they are considering Zuma’s request that his criminal trial should be postponed, while they are still arguing over who will pay his legal costs.
