Douglas police are investigating a case of culpable homicide, following the death of two male persons. The two died after their boat capsized.
The third man who was also on the boat has been hospitalised.
The incident occurred on Sunday, 23 September 2018 at about 18:45, in the Vaal River near Douglas.
Investigation continues.
