The police in Kathu have opened a case of concealment of birth after a foetus was found in a dustbin by a Gamagara Municipal worker.
The foetus was found earlier this morning, 12 June 2018, at about 09:20 in a bread plastic bag. A case of concealment of birth has been opened for investigation.
