The police in Phillipstown in the Pixley Ka Seme Cluster have arrested three suspects in connection with a case of stock theft. The police followed information which led to the arrest of the suspects.

On 27 February 2019, at about 09:30 carcass of sheep were found with two suspects who were immediately arrested at Phillipstown. Two sheep were reportedly stolen at a farm.

The two suspects pointed to the other suspect who sold the stolen sheep. The suspect was arrested for possession of stolen stock. The carcass is estimated at about R2000.00.

The trio will appear before the Phillipstown Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 1 March 2019.

The Cluster Commander of Pixley ka Seme, Brigadier Adonis has applauded members for the good work.
