Three drug dealers arrested with mandrax and dagga, Upington

A total of 17 Mandrax tablets and dagga weighing 12kg valued at R12 000 were removed from the streets of Upington on the night of 8 February 2019.

Members of Upington received information about the drugs and immediately pounced on the suspects at Louisvale.

Three suspects aged between 30 and 35 were arrested. The Station Commander of Upington, Brig Sampi Koopman applauded the swift reaction of members.

The suspects will appear before the Upington Magistrate’s Court on Monday 11 February 2019.

Police investigation continues.
