Three suspected drug dealers are expected to appear before Deben Magistrate’s Court. The suspects aged 25, 27 and 31 were arrested over the weekend between Friday and Saturday 13 July 2019, after they were found in possession of dagga and mandrax tablets.
The arrest of the suspects was executed after information was received and followed up upon about alleged drug dealing activities at certain premises in Deben. Drugs were found at the suspect’s premises, during a search and investigation.
Dagga confiscated was weighing 800 kg, mandrax tablets and cash to the value of R834.00.
The Cluster Commander of the John Taolo Gaetsewe, Major General Johan Bean applauded the community members for their cooperation in the fight against criminality.
