The Frances Baard Cluster Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS), is appealing to members of the community to assist in tracing the man (depicted in the photo) who is sought in connection with an attempted kidnapping case.
It is alleged that the suspect, snatched a 3 year old boy who was playing with other children outside his home in Galeshewe. The suspect grabbed the boy without saying anything and ran away with him.
The boy was rescued after one of the children who was playing with him reported the matter to the boy’s mother. The suspect dropped the boy and fled on foot after the boy’s mother yelled at him to bring back the boy.
