On Wednesday 10 July 2019, at about 22:00 Wrenchville SAPS members arrested two suspects for stock theft, after receiving information from Wrenchville CPF members who suspected that there was stolen sheep in Promise land settlement.

The two officers immediately followed up on the information. While following up on the information they found 11 unmarked sheep without tattoos in one of the yards. Two suspects both 23 years old were arrested after failing to provide the two officials as to where they got the sheep. The two men will appear before the local magistrate court for stock theft.

Brigadier Baloyi applauded the two members for the arrest. He further complimented the CPF members for being the ears and eyes of the police.
