Stock Theft: 3 arrested with R30k worth of stolen sheep, Kuruman

Three men aged between 23 and 28 years have been arrested by members of Kuruman Stock Theft and John Taolo Gaetsewe Endangered Species unit on Thursday 13 February 2020, at about 15:00.

It is reported that a case of stock theft was reported at Severn SAPS for the theft of 17 sheep. After a tip-off from community members the three were arrested after the 17 sheep were recovered in one of the yard at Kagung village. The value of the sheep is R30 600-00.

Major General Johan Bean the cluster Commander of JTG complimented Kuruman stock theft for the work well done.

The suspects will appear before the Mothibistad magistrate court soon.
