Serial rapist, Ndumiso Giyani was found guilty on 34 different charges in the Northern Cape High Court in Kimberley on 11 November 2019.
The accused was found guilty as follows:
14 counts of Rape.
12 counts of Robbery with aggravating circumstances.
2 counts of attempted Rape and 6 counts of Kidnapping.
The accused was found guilty on a total of 34 charges.
The case was postponed to 25 and 26 November 2019 for victim impact statements and sentencing.
The accused stays in custody at Correctional Services, Kimberley.
