Alleged Serial Rapist Ndumiso Giyani (30) is facing twelve cases of Rape, Robbery and Assault that occurred in Kimberley, Kagisho and Galeshewe between 2014 and 2018. The accused was arrested in January 2019 and has been in custody ever since.
The accused appeared on 14 May 2019, in the Galeshewe Magistrate’s Court and he abandoned his bail application. The case is postponed to 4 June 2019.
