Kimberley SAPS Visible Policing members Sgt Anthony and Cst Phillips arrested a 24 year old male on 3 January 2020, at about 00:50 after following information regarding a suspect wanted for house breaking and theft in Galeshewe.

It is alleged that suspect is wanted for three housebreaking and theft cases in that area.

Suspect was found at a friend’s house in Vergenoeg and the stolen house valuables amounting to R19 400 were recovered and returned to the right full owners.

Suspect is detained and will soon appear at the Galeshewe Magistrates’ Court.

The Station Commander of Kimberley, Col Belinda Rikhotso applauded the SAPS members for their dedication and thanked the community for their assistance in the arrest. The investigation continues.
