On Wednesday, 23 October 2019, three suspects were arrested at various places such as Klein Eiffel, Perth and Sesipi villages for business robbery.

It is reported that on Friday, 18 October at about 21:30, three suspects entered a shop at Perth village and robbed four business owners at knifepoint. The suspects fled with five cell phones and undisclosed amount of cash.

Following a tip-off from members of the community, the station Commander of Heuningvlei, Captain Rendani Ndou and station members immediately followed up on the information received that has led to the swift arrest of the trio.

The Cluster Commander of John Taolo Gaetsewe (JTG) Cluster, Major General Johan Bean, applauded the station members, Captain Ndou, Sergeant Lorekang and Sergant Dioka for their swift action.

General Bean also complimented the community for providing information to the police which led to the arrest of the culprits.
