Guns and dagga, three arrested, Kuruman

The John Taolo Gaetsewe SAPS Trio Task Team followed up on information and arrested three men for illegal possession of firearm, live ammunition and dagga.

On the Thursday, 10 May 2018 at about 4am the police raided the shack in Bankhara, Kuruman and found the toy gun (9mm replica), live ammunition and 1,058kg dagga.

The dagga has a street value of R2500. The goods were allegedly stashed inside a box at the premises. The suspects 20, 22 and 35 years old respectively should be appearing in the Kuruman Magistrates’ Court soon.

The investigation continues.
