Five men attack farm owner near Kimberly

The Police in Kimberley are investigating a farm attack which occurred at Eberon farm outside Kimberley.

It is alleged that early on 15 June 2017 at about 07:00, five men attacked the farm owner, his daughter and the grandmother.

According to information received, the suspects demanded keys to the safe at gunpoint. They allegedly tied the victims with cable ties before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash, unconfirmed number of firearms found in the safe, cellphones and a Mercedes Benz vehicle.

The vehicle was found abandoned a few kilometres away from the scene. The police are on the lookout for the five male suspects. Anyone with information is requested to contact Captain Doggie Magugu on 082 469 0578 or 086 495 4646.
