Drowned music festival reveller’s body recovered in Darling
66-Year-old assaulted in farm attack in Port Elizabeth

The body of a 21-year-old Zimbabwean man, who drowned at the Cloof Wine Estate, venue to the Rocking the Daisies music festival in Darling, has been recovered.

Robert Daniels, the Tygerberg Hospital principal communications officer: Emergency Medical and Forensic Pathology Services on Saturday said :”A friend who was with him at the time alerted emergency services. Police as well as EMS divers eventually located and retrieved his body.”

The body of the man thought to be a reveller, who drowned on Friday, was recovered at about 11AM on Saturday.

The festival ends on Sunday.
