The SAPS ZF Mgawu Cluster Task Team pounced on a 69-year-old male suspect and confiscated dagga worth approximately half-a-million Rand.

On 29 April 2021 at about 05:00, police followed up on information and raided a house in Marchand, Augrabies.

After searching the premises several bags of dagga weighing about 67kg were found. The male (69) owner was arrested and should be appearing in court soon.

The acting District Commissioner for ZF Mgawu, Brig Johnny Besnaar lauded the members for the great success and also commended the community for their assistance in this regard.
