Dagga weighing 11,769kg was discovered yesterday by police.
Information was received about dagga in Rosedale. The information was operationalised and members from Upington Border police, Paballelo and Rosedale followed up the information.
The dagga valued at about R83 000 was discovered at a residence in Rosedale. The suspect fled the scene and was later apprehended around Rosedale.
The suspect is expected to appear before the local Magistrates court soon.
