A 35 year old man has been arrested for dealing in hydro dagga by Kimberly Organised Crime and Kuruman Crime intelligence on Tuesday 28 May 2019, at about 08:45, at Promise land near Whenchville.

The confiscated dagga is weighing 9,025kg which amount to R1 173 250-00. As the two teams were busy with house raiding a flat screen TV, sander, grinder and drill machines suspected to have been stolen were also confiscated.

The suspect is expected to appear before the local Magistrates court on two charges. Dealing in dagga and being in possession of suspected stolen properties.
