The SAPS in Kathu followed up on information about dagga sales in Kathu and raided a house in the Phase Four area, on Saturday 02 June 2018.
At approximately 20:00 police pounced on the unsuspecting 36 year old man and found the dagga stashed inside the house and in the ceilings. The total value of the dagga is R17 500 and police also confiscated an undisclosed amount of cash from the suspect.
The suspect should be appearing on a charge of dealing in dagga in the Kathu Magistrates’ Court soon. The investigation continues.
