Hartswater Police request the public to assist in locating 29 year old Sibusiso Mahlangu. Sibusiso is wanted in connection with a rape case that which he allegedly committed on August 2012. A warrant of his arrest has been issued, subsequent failing to appear before the Hartswater Magistrate’s Court.
He is suspected to be in the vicinity of Soshanguve, probably a taxi driver.
