Arrests after 2 dagga plantations discovered, Kuruman

Two suspects aged 30 and 55 were arrested in Ncweng Village outside Kuruman over the weekend subsequent to be found with dagga plantations in their yards, with an estimated street value of R150 000,00.

Another suspect was also arrested in Maruping Village after the house in which he was staying in was raided and dagga found hidden inside the house.

In separate incidents two suspects were arrested and charged with rape. One suspect was arrested for murder.

The suspects will appear before the Kuruman and Mothibistad Magistrates’ Court Soon pending further police investigations.
