A 31 year old woman will appear in the Leeudoringstad Magistrates’ Court for murder. She allegedly stabbed her boyfriend, Goitsemodimo Mac Donald Lehihi (26) with a knife after they had an argument. The incident occurred at approximately 23:55 on Friday, 28 December 2018 at a tavern in Kgakala, Leeudoringstad. The matter was reported to the police who found Lehihi lying dead on the street.
The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Baile Motswenyane condemned the incident and urged members of the community to resolve their differences amicably rather than resorting to physical confrontation that often leads to deaths as it occurred in this murder incident. She commended the police for their swift response that resulted in the arrest of the suspects.
