The Lonmin group has advised that they will terminate the organizational rights of three unions as their representation at the prescribed levels.
The three union unions affected are Solidarity, Uasa, and NUM.
Allegations are that AMCU (Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union) exert pressure on the mine to be recognized as the sole trade union.
