Six farms are targeted by illegal dwellers who want to erect shelters. in the area between Majakaneng and the Comrie plant nursery, Bojanala District, Madibeng Municipality, Brits, North West Province.
On Saturday October 22, a farmer was notified by a group of people erecting shelters that they would continue to do so as the farms were not fenced off. Large crowds occupied the land.
The police at this stage are unwilling to assist the owners and stop the illegal invasion.
The farmers will contact an attorney on Monday for assistance in this matter.
