A farm attack took place on 9 August 2021, at 22:00, in Bergplaats, Zeerust, in the Marico district, in the North West province of South Africa. The attack lasted until 01:00 on the morning of 10 August 2021.
The farm workers were assaulted and tied up by an unknown number of armed attackers who raided the farm and farmhouse.
The attackers fled with four firearms and other items.
The farm workers only managed to free themselves much later and raised the alarm. Nobody was seriously injured during the attack.
All roleplayers responded to assist but there have been no arrests.
