On 18 May 2018 at 19H30 a farm attack took place on a farm in the Donkerhoek area in Rustenburg in the North West.
Andre Pretorius, was overpowered by three black attackers at the gate outside his house, at least one them had a handgun. They took him to his house, where two more attackers were waiting. They severely assaulted him, and tried to tie him up. They failed in their attempt, and fled the scene with his firearm and cell phone.
SAPS and RCCF responded quickly, but lost the track. No arrests have been made yet.
Bernice, Andre’s wife was not hurt, and Andre was taken to hospital.
Police are investigating.
