A 34 year old suspect is expected is to appear in the Wolmaransstad Magistrates’ Court for allegedly killing his cousin on Saturday, 29 December 2018, at about 19:00 in Tswelelang Location, Wolmaransstad. According to information available at this stage, the suspect stabbed his cousin after they had an argument. The victim, 34, was rushed to hospital where he died on Sunday, 30 December 2018.

The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Baile Motswenyane condemned the incident and urged members of the community to resolve their differences amicably rather than resorting to physical confrontation that often leads to deaths as it occurred in this murder incident.

She commended the police for their swift response that resulted in the arrest of the suspects.
